Online integration project tool

When your integration project is ready to start the RealMe integration team will set up the online integration project tool, and you'll receive an invitation to the tool by email. Once you've actioned the invitation email, you can log in and complete the project overview, and then the project kanban board will be presented showing the tasks required to complete the integration. If you have not received an invitation email, ask the integration team to invite you by emailing integrations@realme.govt.nz.

About the project tool

The integration project tool provides the means to integrate each of your organisation's online service environments with the corresponding RealMe ITE or production versions of the login or assertion service. The tool caters for:

  • Booking an integration date
  • Uploading SAML metadata
  • Supplying agency branded logo and text
  • Configuring initial parameters
  • Description of exception handling
  • Business process overview
  • Support information for the RealMe contact centre
  • Communication tasks
