Certificate renewal guide

For agencies to complete a certificate renewal for their online service, you must be registered on the RealMe developers online tool. If you are not registered, please contact integrations@realme.govt.nz. An invitation will be sent and when accepted, email the integrations team to advise them of your successful login. Once registration is confirmed, please follow these instructions:

 

  1. Go to https://developers.realme.govt.nz/integration-support/

 

 
2.      Click the SIMPLE CONFIG REQUEST button under Certificate renewal.

3.    The RealMe login page is presented – log in with your RealMe username and password.

 

 

 

 

4.      Select Certificate Renewal from the dropdown.

 

 

 5. Complete the form, including uploading the new metadata.

    DO NOT UPLOAD THE PRIVATE KEY.

 

 

 6. Click the SUBMIT button.  You will be notified by email when the cert has been renewed.
