The information provided in the Operational Handover Checklist allows the RealMe Operations team to provide user support via the help desk and ensures timely technical support between your organisation and DIA.
Provide content that allows the RealMe team to have a good understanding about your online service customers, the service provided and your organisation's context.
The checklist must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the go-live date for your online service customers - ideally earlier.
