RealMe client technical support - log problem or incident

In the RealMe Production environment, if your service is unavailable or significantly impacted due to a RealMe issue, call 0800 457 349.

Use this form to log any problem or incident with the Message Testing Site (MTS), Integrated Testing Environment (ITE), RealMe web services (e.g. RCMS) or minor Production issues.

Your request will be logged with RealMe technical support and you will be sent a request number for tracking. The request will be forwarded to the relevant support team and assigned a corresponding priority.

Include timestamps for error conditions.
Combine multiple items into a Word document or zipped file. Comprehensive collateral will ensure correct assignment and quicker resolution.
